Amelia Franck Meyer, MS, MSW, LISW,
CAPSW has been working as a practitioner and a manager since 1989. She is
currently the Executive Director of PATH Wisconsin, Inc. where she has been
since 2001. Ms. Franck Meyer has experience working with children in
treatment foster care, residential and group home care, and with adults and
children in the areas of domestic violence, disability services, Deafness
and DeafBlindness. Her special interests include social work supervision,
boundaries and ethics, social policy and advocacy, and research and program
evaluation.
Ms. Franck Meyer has a Masters of Social Work/Human Service Management and a
Masters of Sociology/Marriage and Family. She has also earned a Graduate
Certificate from the University of Minnesota in Disability Policy and
Services, and she has served as an adjunct faculty member in the schools of
social work, sociology and psychology at several locations including the
University of Minnesota and Augsburg College. Ms. Franck Meyer serves on
the National Foster Family-Based Treatment Association Board of Directors
and served a term as President in 2007.
Becky Connell, Director of Operations for PATH Wisconsin, Inc.
joined PATH Wisconsin in June of 1999 in the Western Region operations.
Prior to working with PATH Becky was employed in the county social service
arena since 1986 as a child protective services social worker and foster
care coordinator. She has her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the
University of Minnesota with a concentration in Human Services Management
and was named a Child Welfare Scholar at the University of Minnesota. Becky
has over 20 years of experience in the Child Welfare field and is a
Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker in the State of Wisconsin.
Peggy Grimmer, joined PATH Wisconsin,
Inc. in September 2004 as the Eastern Region Director. She has her
Masters in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Peggy has spent the last seven years working in Milwaukee for Innovative
Family Partnerships Inc., a private not for profit agency that provided the
ongoing case management and safety services programs for the Bureau of
Milwaukee Child Welfare. Prior to that Peggy was living in Denver and
spent four years at a residential child caring facility.
Cindy O’Keefe, Western Regional Director
for PATH Wisconsin Inc., joined PATH Wisconsin in January 2002. Prior to
working for PATH, Cindy worked as a Mental Health Counselor providing
therapy to individuals, families, and groups in in-patient and out-patient
settings a well as working with families in their own homes for the past 11
years. She has her Master’s in Psychology and Counseling from St. Mary’s
University. Cindy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of
Wisconsin.
