CONGRATULATIONS SARAH!!

Sarah Felton, TFC Worker in the Fargo PATH office, was recently selected as Social Worker of the Year by the ND Foster / Adopt Parent Association following nominations by foster parents in her unit.  Here’s what they had to say about Sarah:

“Sarah’s compassion for both the children and adults involved her cases is above and beyond what is part of her job description.  Her concern for the welfare of the child is everything and more you expect from a social worker, as well as her concern for the parents (foster and biological).”

“Sarah doesn’t just help us with our foster children but also helps give us support and ideas for our adopted children.  She listens to what is happening in our family and works with us on finding solutions to make things go smoothly.”
