The Purpose of the PATH Family Institute
PATH retains many qualified and certified personnel experienced in providing training and consultation for outside organizations on any area related to family preservation, systems, trauma-informed care, and most other facets of family services. Training can also be offered to:
- Foster parents
- Communities/parents- training suited to your request
- Education of evidence-based practices through research – taught at all levels for behavioral health and child welfare providers
- Behavioral health evidence-based models inclusive of Treatment Foster Care
PATH provides strong consultation on best practices for community-based, comprehensive assessments.
PATH can provide consultation and experience for organizations desiring to establish or improve data collections, measurement, overall benchmarking and data metrics analysis.
Policy & Standards:
PATH can provide guidance and consultation on national best practices and evidence-based efforts in child welfare and behavioral health.
Leadership & Organizational Development:
PATH has resources to provide leadership training, consultation services, strategic planning and program consultation.
Consulting and training for human services.
Promotes PATH Mission, Values and Service Concepts through the provision of education and training both internally and to other organizations desiring to provide quality services.
Channels resources into the development, implementation and provision of quality assessment, training, standards, and service delivery that meet the highest levels of service benchmarks.
Focuses resource sharing to promote cross-fertilization and improved overall child welfare and behavioral health care services in our communities, as well as in areas where PATH is asked to present or train.
Conducts research and promotes the best evidence-based practices for those served, or those who will be served by PATH in the future.
